AIR FRYER BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER
Ingredients:
1 medium head cauliflower, chopped into 1 1/2" florets (approximately 6 cups)
2 tbsp. hot sauce
1 1/2 tsp. maple syrup
2 tsp. avocado oil
3 tbsp. nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Directions:
Set Air fryer to 360° F
Add all ingredients except cauliflower into a mixing bowl.
Whisk to combine thoroughly.
Add cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.
Add to fry basket in small portions. Do not overlap.
Cook for 12-14 minutes, shaking halfway, or until you reach desired consistency.
Repeat with remaining cauliflower, except lower cook time to 9-10 minutes.
AIR FRYER BUFFALO WINGS
Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken wings cut into drumettes and flats
1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
Directions:
Place the chicken wings in the basket and insert them into the Air fryer.
Cook for 24 minutes at 380°F. Turn the wings after 13 minutes with tongs.
When the time is up, increase the temperature to 400°F and bake for 6 more minutes until the skin is browned and crisp.
Transfer to a bowl, and add toss with BBQ or wing sauce.
AIR FRYER FRENCH FRIES
Ingredients: Nonstick spray 1 Yukon Gold medium potato, washed and dried 1 teaspoon olive oil 1/8 teaspoon sea salt 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder Black pepper, to taste Directions: Preheat the Air fryer to 380°F. Spray the basket with oil. Cut the potato lengthwise into 1/4 inch thin slices; then cut each slice into 4-inch fries. In a bowl, toss the potatoes and oil. Season with salt, garlic powder, and black pepper to taste; toss to coat. Place the potatoes in the basket in an even layer without overlapping or crowding, cook the potatoes for 15 minutes, turning halfway until crisp....

Ingredients: 1 pound of mozzarella cheese in a block 2 eggs 3 tablespoons of nonfat milk, for a healthier alternative 0.25 cup of all-purpose flour 1 cup of plain bread crumbs Directions: Create 3 x 1/2 inch sticks out of the cheese blocks by cutting it carefully.
